The Golden Age of Boxing differs for some. I grew up in the 70s as a kid and in the 80s as a teenager. For me, those were "My Golden Years of Boxing." Fans say the 90s was the boxing pay-per-view golden era.

I walked into N.C.V.B.A. in June 2021 at the Italian American Social Club in San Francisco. I immediately connected with my love of boxing and its history, along with my good friends Andy Nance and Danny Maguire.

I have now moved to the position of board member at N.C.V.B.A., and I attempt to capture the present time of the organization so we can keep the history of Northern California Veteran Boxers alive, never to be forgotten.

The N.C.V.B.A. organization is making history after many meetings with its president and board members along with great support, by launching its first website. It's a project that I worked hard to accomplish because Northern California Veteran Boxers deserves to be printed under the "History of Boxing" in today's technology.
